Its All In The Timing
While driving southeast of Indus AB, and noticing several combines straight cutting canola in a field nearby, I turned down a country road to get somewhat closer to them. While driving down this farm road, this gorgeous tree wearing fall colours framing the Southern Alberta Rockies jumped out at me, and I immediately knew the photo I wanted to shoot of the combines.
Now it wasn't a guarantee that the combines would come my way, but after 15 minutes of waiting, one of the combines put in an appearance, and "Voila" it was a done deal!
