Funny how it goes, there was a time when as a teenager and growing up in Southern Saskatchewan, I looked forward towards fall, as I loved up-land game bird hunting with my favorite 20 gauge side by side shotgun. My favorite game-bird was the Ringneck Pheasant. I knew almost everything there was to know about out-smarting this most wiley of game-birds. Time moved on and I also moved on, and game-bird hunting with a shotgun took a backseat to girls and other things important. Now, time has come full circle, and I find myself once more trying to out-smart the wiley ringneck, only this time round, my favorite way of hunting this bird is with my camera and long lens - Gotcha!<br />
