Riding Drag

So what's wrong with this photo that I shot as this loaded grain train passes the Viterra elevator located at mile 155 on the Brooks sub.

'Brooks Sub' is the key, and if your look at the trailing engine its a CN unit. There can be various reasons as to how this comes about, maybe exchanging engine time for one.
