Grain Delivery
Early morning finds a loaded grain train powered by units 8839 & 8007 up front, with unit 8824 the mid-train remote rounds the curve near the Cargill grain terminal located at mile 147 on the Brooks sub near Carsland AB.
Its proving to be a record year for the amount of grain being delivered to west coat ports by both CP and CN, possibly because there is less oil by rail being delivered during this time.
