My Third Hand
I kept telling myself everytime that I used my lathe, that I needed a place to place the various drill chucks, deburing tools, and other tooling that I would be using at the time. I finally took the time to look through my aluminum stock, and selected what I needed to build this tool rack.
After doing the layout work, and with some work at my bandsaw, and drilling the holes with my drill press, all there was left to do, was to tig weld this tool rack together, and install the tool rack.
Once I measured and drilled the required holes in the splash pan of my lathe, it was as simple as bolting the tool rack in place. I should have taken the time to build this tool rack sooner, as its just what was required to get my tooling organized while doing lathe work.
