As Good As It Gets

Well possibly not, but you get a lot of satisfaction when a project comes together as you designed it, and that is this case as the photo shows.

I have powered up the motor for the first time, and everything went as planned, with the gearmotor up to the task of moving the coil in fine fashion.

Sooner than later I need to wind that coil, if I'm going to talk with that antenna, but meanwhile I need to install the coil cover.
