Antenna Werks - 60 Meters To Go
Checking out the new 60 meter band on my gearmotor antenna, with the graphical display of the SWR shown on the screen of my antenna analyzer.
Now that hams here in Canada have been allowed to operate on the 5 allocated channels on 60 meters, I have been making a few contacts, and enjoying exploring this new band.
If you haven't tried working 60 meters yet, check it out.
The 5 frequencies that we are allowed to operate on, are the 5332 kHz, 5348 kHz, 5358.5 kHz, 5373 kHz and 5405 kHz (channel centre) frequencies on a no-interference, no-protection basis, 2.8 kHz bandwidth, same modes as U.S., 100W PEP maximum power.
