Kodachrome 64
The photos in this gallery were all shot on Kodachrome 64 slide film which as you know needed special processing. The last Kodachrome processing lab located in Parsons Kansas closed down in 2004.
Some of these images were shot going back more than 40 years ago.
Film has that look that is very popular today, with film simulations all the rage.
The photos that I have chosen to display here are of no particular subject and in no particular order, and I will continue to add to them.
NOTE.....All the photos can be expanded full screen.

Backcountry Fishing
While hiking in to Tombstone Lakes located in Kananaskis Country in 1982 to do some fishing, my wife and I stopped to try our luck at catching Brook Trout in Little Elbow Lake as seen here. This lake is actually part of the headwaters for the Elbow River that flows through Calgary.
The Brook trout proved to be plentiful, although stunted in size due to overcrowding in the lake.
