Kodachrome 64
The photos in this gallery were all shot on Kodachrome 64 slide film which as you know needed special processing. The last Kodachrome processing lab located in Parsons Kansas closed down in 2004.
Some of these images were shot going back more than 40 years ago.
Film has that look that is very popular today, with film simulations all the rage.
The photos that I have chosen to display here are of no particular subject and in no particular order, and I will continue to add to them.
NOTE.....All the photos can be expanded full screen.

Circle Tour
July of 1985 finds Rolly and I making a tour of the hiking trail that surrounds Upper Kananaskis Lake.
The trail is 16 kilometers in length, and had always been a hiking trail until mountain bikes came along which we embraced when they first put in an appearance.
Shortly after the mountain bikes gained in popularity, they were banned from trails like the one surrounding the Upper Kananaskis Lake and other single track trails in the area due to conflicts with hikers on the trail. Too bad as it was a lot of fun I must say.
