Kodachrome 64
Some of these images were shot going back more than 40 years ago.
Film has that look that is very popular today, with film simulations all the rage.
The photos that I have chosen to display here are of no particular subject and in no particular order, and I will continue to add to them.

The Relax Inn
When we first started hiking in the Lake O'Hara region of YoHo National Park, I may not have explained before that Lake O'Hara lies up a private road 8 miles from highway 1 where you leave your vehicle.
The ride in to Lake O'Hara is on one of the Lake O'Hara Lodge buses. and in the late 1970's they dropped you off at the Ranger Station located about a 100 meters from the lodge. Later on probably becuse they didn't want the day-hikers from hanging around the lodge, they began building this day-shelter. Once completed the bus dropped off and picked up day-hikers here.
The shelter sells coffee, snacks, maps, and what not. This is also the spot you return to at the end of a day of hiking in the area where you catch the lodge bus that takes you back to highway 1 and your vehicle. I should add that its up to you to arrive on time for the bus, or you get to hike the 8 miles back to your vehicle.
In this photo my wife Rolly and our friend Debbie relax while we wait to catch a ride out to our vehicle after a day of hiking in the area.
