Kodachrome 64
Some of these images were shot going back more than 40 years ago.
Film has that look that is very popular today, with film simulations all the rage.
The photos that I have chosen to display here are of no particular subject and in no particular order, and I will continue to add to them.
NOTE.....All the photos can be expanded full screen.
North of 60
Here we are in Lynx River Northwest Territories in 1995 Rolly and I with Jennifer and her friend Carey waiting to fly out.
In actuality we were visiting the film set where North of 60 the CBC television series was shot through the 1990's, the location located west of Bragg Creek on the shores of the Elbow River.
Located there was the complete fictional town of Lynx River that was used for the filming North of 60, our favorite television series in the 1990's.
The film set was closed to the public when filming was happening, but on this weekend day after finding out where the location was, we walked in from the road west of Bragg Creek, and sweet-talked the security guard into letting us wander around the film set for a look see.
We had a lot of fun exploring through the buildings that made up Lynx River Northwest Territories with many photos shot.
In case you were wondering, the buildings have all been removed, and the area returned to nature the way it originally looked before the CBC television series North of 60 was shot there, so you'll have to watch the reruns to check out Lynx River as it was.
