Attached and Secure
This photo is of my UV-3R/Mobilink TNC bonded together through the use of a very cool product.
I am going to share one of my best kept secrets that I use for attaching my various devices to each other or to pretty much any surface that I wish to attach to.
We use this product in the 12 volt shop that I run, and have used this product for many years with great success for attaching electronic modules together before securing them in the vehicles that we are doing installs on.
Of course it goes without saying that I use it everywhere in my own mobile, my ham-shack, and everywhere else that I see the need for this fine product.
This product is 3M double sided foam tape designed for the attachment of a wide variety of automotive exterior and interior trim including body side moldings such as claddings, rock panel trim, wheel flares, bumper trim and most other automotive trim.
It has a very high-strength core that maintains a thin, consistent bond line that may be easily released if you wish to do so.
