Catch Box
Do you want to build a simple catch box for capturing your slingshot ammo.
I built this one in about 15 minutes with the use of an empty cardboard box that measures 12"W x 12"D x 15"H.
Needles to say the measurements are not critical, as most any cardboard box around that size will work.
Now once you have the box looking like the one pictured, the critical dimension are the two holes at the sides and very top where you hang one of your old T-shirts to stop the ammo from going through the back of the box. After trial and error, I found that hanging the T-shirt 6" from the back works very well, the T-shirt catching the ammo very nicely, allowing it to drop to the bottom for easy retrieval.
Paracord will work well for hanging the T-shirt from inside of the box, the cord fed through the holes at either side, the T-shirt draped over the paracord, the cord pulled tight and then tied at the top of the box on the outside.
For a target to hang inside of the box, you can string up a empty pop can that works well, although I went the route seen using a casino token I found in my junk drawer, the plus is that it doesn't get destroyed from repetitive hits.
That's it, your quick and easy slingshot ammo catch box, and remember safety glasses are a requirement when using slingshots.
