2019 Field Day Ops
Early morning finds me on a high ridge located in the Porcupine Hills southwest of Calgary, that overlooks the front ranges of the Rockies to the west.
With the biggest ham radio event of the year, the 2019 ARRL Field Day happening on June 22 and 23, everyone will be headed out to parks, campsites, parking lots, beaches, Islands, mountaintops, and other loctions to set up portable antennas for operating fun while making contacts across Canada and the US.
