Follow the Track
This photo shows an APRS track set by my mobile while wandering the backroads in the deep southwestern corner of Alberta, with my navigator VA6TSJ also my guide on this day riding shotgun in the right seat of my mobile.
Also happening on this day were the on-going tests with a Mobilinkd TNC3 paired with a Wouxun HT and communicating with my iPhone via Bluetooth running an app by aprs.fi providing the mapping.
When out of the truck, the Kenwood D710A mounted in my mobile radio-stack set up as a fill-in digi (VE6AB-9) was being used to forward the beacons from VE6AB-4 to a distant digipeater, as the distance on this day was to great for an aprs handheld device to do it on its own.
